shiny shoes

Most of the shoes at Goodwill are not brand new, a few are but mostly not.  Some are in terrible shape and you think no one in their right mind would buy these. I saw these shoes and immediately thought mine.  They are Kors by Michael Kors and were 6.99! They look as if no one ever wore them!

bird shakers?

I am "into" birds, and by into I mean that I have really been liking them of late.  These birds are actually salt and pepper shakers from Pier1.  The were 99 cents!  I have them places on a shelf on top of some books. They look really cute.

The Whole World

A globe may seem like an odd piece to have in your home, but if you flip through magazines you generally see one.  I really am drawn to globes, maybe it reminds me of my travels or being able to look and see we really are all just on one tiny planet.  I bought this one for 6.99.  I have seen others for 9 or 10 dollars.  I really want a bunch of them to make a great chandelier or art piece.  See this http://www.recyclart.org/2010/10/world-inside-out/#

Whiting and Davis

While sifting through the purses I found this sparkler!  For the most part Goodwill knows what it has, but sometimes that is not the case.  It really depends on who is pricing items that go out.  This Whiting and Davis evening bag was 3.99!

Kate is clutch

I can't even take credit for finding this little gem!  My husband came up to me and said, "I think you might like this".  Oh, yes it was mine! The Kate Spade clutch was 3.99!!

Reading the cards

This might be a bit out of the ordinary, but these tarot cards came home with me.  I was surprised with the fact they were selling on ebay for more then I paid! They were purchased for 99 cents.

thats a nice tie!

This tie was actually not purchased but found in another Goodwill purchase.  So the item that was purchased was 5 dollars.  It is a purple Hermes silk tie!

XXX bag

This is a great Paloma Picasso bag.  It was purchased it for 2.99!  It is a great cross body bag.

va va voom dress

This show stopping red dress is a beautiful bandage style dress that was 9.99! Designed by the ever fabulous Diane von Furstenberg!  Imagine how great this would be for Valentine's day!

Wine glasses

Wine, it is something my friends and I can always agree on.  These glasses make it taste even better!  The glasses were 99 cent each.  FOUR Riedel glasses for less than 4 bucks!

Tervis

I love a Tervis Tumbler. They keep cool drinks cool, and dont sweat! I have spent big bucks buying them at the store.  These were 99 cents each!

Cynthia Rowley Purse

I purchased the beauty for 9.99 carried it for a few weeks and then sold it on ebay for a profit! How is that for making Goodwill work!

Vintage Pram

I did not purchase this wonderful vintage baby pram.  It was in very good shape, the only problem is I dont have a baby, nor will I be having one soon. It was 199 dollars.

Capodimonte Lemons

I have been to Italy.  I was awed by the Capodimonte, the style and the price! (So expensive, and you have to make sure it gets home in one piece!)  This was made in Italy was 4.99.

Candlesticks

Sterling Silver candlesticks, they are weighted and reinforced with concrete. They were 99 cents each!
